This weekend we went to Bear Lake (on the Idaho/Utah border) and rented a 22’ camper from the base. Had a great time and it’s actually pretty nice up there. The water is nice and blue and the lake is huge even though the water is really down right now. Davin liked camping, the fires, sleeping in a different bed, and getting to ride in a little speed boat and watch Daddy wake board. Davin asks Brendin if he likes things now, Daddy was nodding Brendin’s head one day as if he was answering yes and Davin loved it. He asks him all the time if he likes Mommy, Daddy, Bob the Builder and other random things! Davin has been counting to three for a while now and I heard him counting his snacks about 2 weeks ago and he counted up to five. On the car ride to Bear Lake Davin was saying 1, 2 traffic cones! Then he counted “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9” traffic cones! Jeremiah and I were at a loss! When I asked him what comes after nine he said 10. Of couse he’s shy about it and won’t do it for the camera, but we’ll catch him some time!
Brendin has started smiling a lot-it’s great!!
